We shall provide all employees with the conditions to be able to fulfill the set requirements by providing good education and taking responsibility for the quality of their own work. In their day-to-day work, all employees are responsible for ensuring compliance with the business policy and compliance with stakeholder requirements.
In the daily work, each employee must show a personal responsibility for health and the environment. It is up to everyone, not only to follow instructions and routines, but also to be aware of and immediately report any risks to a good work environment and the external environment. Priority should be given to care for health and the environment in the event of disruptions.
